01

Evaluation

Before release, content must pass each applicable separately bound evaluation for legality, rights evidence, safety, audience suitability, contextual integrity, payment eligibility, and platform policy. The current intake does not itself run CIE or payment-provider eligibility.

02

Identity and viewpoint

Protected identity is not a negative eligibility factor, and lawful disagreement is not infringement. Context, warnings, age controls, or distribution limits may be used when they are the appropriate response.

03

Prohibited or restricted material

Clearly unlawful, exploitative, malicious, dangerous, pirated, or technically unsafe material may be rejected or restricted. Before a governed rights-case workflow is activated, ambiguous submissions remain unreleased; that future workflow must provide an evidence and appeal path rather than an unsupported accusation.
