Reports
A report should identify the claimant, protected work, challenged material, location, authority, contact details, good-faith statement, and available supporting evidence.
Platform response
When the governed case workflow is activated, it must record evidence, assess the appropriate temporary state, notify affected parties when permitted, and preserve response and disposition history. The current release does not expose that intake or notification workflow. A similarity signal is not itself a public legal accusation.
Counter-notice and escalation
A future operational workflow must permit a documented response or counter-notice where applicable. Contested legal conclusions and exceptional disputes may require qualified counsel or the legally required process.
