Response record
When intake is activated, the governed case record must identify the challenged Work or Edition, disputed claim, authority, supporting evidence, requested disposition, and reliable contact information.
Review
The future workflow must preserve the complaint, temporary state, notices, response, evidence, timestamps, and disposition. Automated systems may route or classify evidence but do not declare statutory validity, ownership, infringement, or liability.
Legal process
Where a statutory counter-notice or contested legal conclusion is required, the case follows the applicable legally authorized process and may require qualified counsel. Filing a response does not itself restore publication.
