01

Creator ownership

You retain the eligible rights you hold in original content. Submission and payment do not transfer ownership to CrownThrive or to a buyer.

02

Limited service license

You grant CrownThrive a nonexclusive, limited license to host, process, scan, convert, render, cache, preview, market, distribute, and deliver access only as needed to operate the Go Flipbooks services and distribution choices you authorize. Exclusive, adaptation, reseller, affiliate, syndication, institutional, embed, and White Label rights require a separate express grant.

03

Authority and evidence

You state that the submission information is accurate and that you control, or are authorized to exercise, the submitted rights. The current intake records claims, submitted evidence, and fingerprints and keeps distribution restricted while qualification is incomplete. Future decision and appeal workflows must preserve their own evidence before activation. A claim or fingerprint is evidence, not universal proof of ownership.

04

Qualification and editorial operations

The source may undergo security, file, provenance, similarity, rights-risk, CIE, content-rating, accessibility, and editorial review. Minor metadata normalization may occur automatically. A substantive change to author expression requires creator approval through a recorded diff.

05

Editions and source custody

The original source remains recoverable in private custody. A materially changed published work becomes a new immutable Edition with a new fingerprint; prior sold or licensed Editions and their audit history remain preserved.

06

Commerce and access

Pricing, advertising, downloads, printing, rentals, memberships, institutional use, and partner sales operate only under separately authorized Edition policies. A payment event is not itself an entitlement or a rights grant. Refunds, disputes, reversals, provider costs, and policy-based allocations are recorded in the applicable commerce terms.

07

Removal, suspension, and appeals

Go Flipbooks may restrict or suspend material for credible rights, safety, legal, provider, or platform-policy reasons. When the governed case workflow is activated, it must preserve the reason and evidence and provide appropriate correction, evidence, counter-notice, and appeal paths. The current release does not expose that case workflow. Exceptional legal disputes may require qualified counsel.

08

Acceptance record

Acceptance is bound to the authenticated identity, organization, Work, policy version, exact policy fingerprint, time, and correlation evidence. Later versions require a new acceptance when their changes apply.
