01

Data used

Go Flipbooks currently processes account identity, publication intake, source-custody, rights-claim, qualification, and security records needed by the active site. If commerce, reader-state, support, or analytics services are activated, their purpose-limited records will be covered by the applicable released policy and provider terms.

02

Data boundaries

Private source assets and reader PII are not exposed to creators. Future creator analytics, child/student aggregation, and age-verification handling require separate operational and privacy verification before activation.

03

Real3D reader check

When the interactive PDF reader initializes, the licensed Real3D component sends the current site hostname and a per-load pseudorandom identifier to check.real3dflipbook.net for its domain check. Real3D also receives ordinary HTTPS request metadata such as the reader's IP address, user agent or client hints, Origin, and potentially an origin-only referrer. The form body does not explicitly include the PDF, page, or Go Flipbooks account identifier.

04

Providers and retention

Approved providers process only the information required for their role. Retention follows operational, contractual, security, tax, dispute, and legal requirements. Secrets and unnecessary identity documents are not stored in publication records.

05

Controls

Users may manage nonessential notifications and request applicable access, correction, or deletion through support, subject to records that must be retained for rights, commerce, security, and legal obligations.
