Authorization required

A reseller may list or sell only the Editions covered by an accepted, active grant that states channel, territory, term, price boundaries, commission, and sublicensing rules.

Attribution and settlement

Orders preserve the reseller, creator, and CrownThrive policy snapshot. Commissions become payable only after provider reconciliation and remain subject to refunds, disputes, and reversals.

Revocation

Revoked or expired grants remove future selling authority. Reseller inventory and APIs must fail closed when the grant is not active.
